Belfast Harbour is a Trust Port with corporate ambitions to further develop its Smart Port and Green Port credentials. To help realise this ambition, an exciting new role has been created in the Infrastructure and Sustainability Team. This role is pivotal in strengthening and developing Belfast Harbour's sustainability strategy, leading the implementation of change programmes in energy transition, decarbonisation, the environment, and marine initiatives.
The successful candidate will be an effective coach, experienced in leading a team, capable of inspiring others to deliver and an expert in key sustainability topics. The ideal candidate will act and think strategically, logically, and commercially, with strong organisation skills and exceptional communication skills and the confidence to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, impactful manner. A strong influencer, proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders on the sustainability agenda.
