Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-site manufacturing and processing business, is seeking to appoint a talented and driven SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Leader to join its senior team. This very successful business continues to grow from strength to strength and the newly appointed SHEQ professional will play a crucial role in cultivating and sustaining a new level of excellence and best practice across all activities to support business growth.

Your main objective will be to support the drive for SHEQ excellence as the business continues its rapid growth.  You will ensure the safety of employees, customers, and visitors, further enhancing the already robust health and safety culture.  You will be fully supported to implement best practices across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with all H&S, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a senior Health and Safety Management position, preferably within a fast-paced processing or similar environment. Your track record of success in the health and safety field should be impressive, and you should be able to demonstrate how your impactful leadership style has guided a business on the path to SHEQ excellence.
