Mulrines of Donegal is Ireland’s premier juice production company which produces juices, and smoothies for wholesale, retail and food services throughout Ireland and the UK. With a century of experience behind them, Mulrines are continuing to build a valued reputation for excellence, innovation and industry leadership.

This Key Account Management role can be flexibly based and is specifically for the food service sector across the GB and Ireland markets.  It comes at a time of unprecedented opportunity and growth potential. A major new production facility is about to come online and the planned diversification into plant-based products will open up significant market opportunities.  It is anticipated that the company will more than double in size over the next four years, and is now uniquely positioned to continuously meet the specialised needs of its valued clients across retail and food service.

The successful candidate will join the senior management team and shape the strategy for further development of the food service segment across the GB and Ireland Markets while driving execution to ensure that margins are maintained alongside volume growth. Within that, the successful candidate must use highly developed relationship development and account management skills to create a service structure that can support ambitious growth and consistently deliver service excellence.

The role requires a very talented account key manager with a strong track record of success in the delivery of business growth and commercial success in an FMCG environment – driving sales, geographical expansion and introduction of new products –utilising highly developed relationship skills and strategic focus.

You must have at least 5 years key account management experience with an impressive track record of delivering year-on-year growth within FMCG, be data and intelligence-driven and enjoy working with a high level of autonomy within a performance management framework.  An appreciation of the value of brands – brand strategy, and building brand equity with innovative marketing would be important.
