With over 45 years of serving the agricultural community and innovation at its core, this company has built a strong international reputation by offering unique and innovative conservation packaging products for agriculture and various industrial applications.

The company sells through a strong network of distributors and in more than 30 countries.  It is primed for significant international growth, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the charge as its new Head of International Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head of International Sales and Marketing, and playing a pivotal role within the company’s senior leadership team, you will:

  • Provide inspirational leadership that guides and mentors a high-performing international team of “in-market” sales professionals to drive sales activities across all product areas and international markets.
  • Manage and develop key distributor relationships, build connections at international shows and customer events while spearheading innovative marketing initiatives and promotion strategies – all of which will strengthen brand equity.
  • Assess and quantify market potential, converting opportunities into sales success while providing insights that contribute to future product development and market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A strong sales-driven and commercial mindset with at least 5 years senior sales management experience with an international focus.
  • The ability to assess and quantify market potential and the drive to convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Ideally have experience in the packaging industry or a sector where products are sold through networks of local distributors.
