The Director of Occupational Health and Well-being Services is a key leadership role within the Police Service of Northern Ireland, holding primary responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of the organisation’s range of multidisciplinary occupational health and well-being services. In addition to developing and embedding progressive occupational health and well-being strategies and supporting systems, the role holder will lead a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, health professionals and support staff in building and supporting the resilience and well-being of the organisation and its workforce to deliver its strategic objectives.

Salary: The Director of Occupational Health and Well-being Services , is paid against NICS Grade 5 salary banding: £74,912 – £84,122 (under review).

Work Location: The majority of the work associated with this role will be completed from PSNI Seapark, 151 Belfast Road, Carrickfergus, BT38 8PL. However, due to the nature of the role, travel within and outside Northern Ireland will also be required.
